It appears Depeche Mode’s “Spirit” will claim a Top 5 position on this week’s Billboard Top Album Sales and Billboard 200 charts.<\/p>\n
According to Hits\/BuzzAngle, “Spirit” sold approximately ~60,512 pure US albums during its first week of release. The figure is the week’s fourth-best, which should allow for #4 on the Top Album Sales chart.<\/p>\n
With TEA (track sales\/10) and SEA (track streams\/1500) included, “Spirit” generated about ~62,369 total US consumption units. The figure should be enough for #5 on the Billboard 200 consumption chart.<\/p>\n
Due Sunday, Billboard’s more authoritative data will differ slightly from that reported by Hits. The slight discrepancy in sales figures should not, however, be enough to affect the album’s position on either chart.<\/p>\n
