After initially being confirmed for the September 20 RAW last month, the duo was quietly removed from WWE.com&#8217;s schedule, only to later be re-added to the site.  The hosts of &#8220;Bullshit&#8221; have again, however, been removed from the listing.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Jackass&#8221; star Johnny Knoxville, meanwhile, has been confirmed as the host for the October 4 show.  Knoxville will be promoting the upcoming &#8220;Jackass 3D&#8221; film.<\/p>\n<p>&#8212; The season finale of WWE NXT improved its audience tally, rising to an average viewer count of 1.323 million viewers.
