The single rockets eight places to #1 on this week’s chart.<\/p>\n
In doing so, it brings an end (at least for now) to the twelve-week reign of The Chainsmokers’ “Closer (featuring Halsey).” It also becomes the first #1 hit achieved by either act.<\/p>\n
The ascent to #1 comes thanks to dominant weekly sales and streaming numbers. While it is not yet a huge radio hit, it is also garnering substantial attention at the urban, rhythmic and pop formats.<\/p>\n
