The stars of “Descendants” and some of music’s most recognizable names will appear on an upcoming holiday-themed Disney Channel special.<\/p>\n
Entitled “Disney Parks Presents: A Descendants Magical Holiday Celebration,” the premiere will air from 8-9PM ET on November 25. Encores will run throughout December, and the special will also be made available on the Disney app.<\/p>\n
Confirmed performances are as follows:
\n— “Jolly to the Core,” a holiday-themed version of “Rotten To The Core” performed by Dove Cameron, Cameron Boyce, Sofia Carson and Booboo Stewart.
\n— “Descendants 2” star China Anne McClain performing “This Christmas.”
\n— “Silent Night,” performed by Hollywood Records and Republic Records recording artist Sofia Carson.
\n— Forever In Your Mind performing “Celebrate,” an original song.
\n— Trisha Yearwood and Garth Brooks perform a holiday duet from their newly released album, “Christmas Together.”
\n— Kelly Clarkson will also be performing a song.<\/p>\n
Four of the aforementioned songs — “Jolly To The Core,” “This Christmas,” “Silent Night” and “Celebrate” — will appear on Disney Channel Holiday Hits, an album scheduled for release on November 18.<\/p>\n
