Central “Pitch” character Ginny Baker faces intense pressure.<\/p>\n

Much of that pressure comes from off the field.<\/p>\n

That is the theme of this coming Thursday’s “Pitch.” Entitled “Wear It,” the episode finds the MLB’s first female pitcher dealing with the pressure of a huge new Nike deal.<\/p>\n

“Upon signing a huge deal with Nike, Ginny feels an overwhelming sense of pressure, which leads to a night of rebellion and a mandatory session with a therapist (Rita Wilson) in the all-new ‘Wear It’ episode,” says the official FOX synopsis.<\/p>\n

In addition to Rita Wilson, this week’s episode features guest notable guest appearances from JoAnna Garcia Swisher (returning as Mike’s ex-wife) and Lyndsy Fonseca (as Cara). Kevin Connolly will also continue his stint as interim Padres president Charlie Graham.<\/p>\n
