He previously performed on the July 21, 2015 episode.<\/p>\n<p>Since that appearance, Bay has received a gold US certification for his single &#8220;Hold Back The River,&#8221; a gold US certification for his album &#8220;Chaos And The Calm,&#8221; and a double-platinum US certification for his song &#8220;Let It Go.&#8221;  He has also received a Best New Artist Grammy nomination.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to James Bay, Tuesday&#8217;s &#8220;Fallon&#8221; features appearances by Kevin Hart and Phoebe Waller-Bridge.
