When it comes to Disney Channel, the month commonly known as October will be referred to as Monstober.<\/p>\n
The youth cable network announced that it will feature Halloween-themed episodes, interstitials and movies throughout the month of October.<\/p>\n
The first “Monstober” programming is slated for October 2; Disney will air Halloween-oriented editions of “KC Undercover” and “Best Friends Whenever.” Details follow:<\/p>\n
K.C. Undercover “Virtual Insanity” \n(8:00 \u2013 8:30 P.M. EDT) \nWhen K.C. goes into a virtual reality game to rescue Ernie, it becomes the craziest Halloween ever for the teen spies as they try to tackle the alternate universe and enemy agents Darci and Damon, the masterminds behind the evil game.<\/p>\n
Best Friends Whenever “Night of the Were-Diesel” \n(9:00 \u2013 9:30 P.M. EDT) \nWhen Cyd tries to protect Diesel from Barry\u2019s wolf serum experiment, she accidentally gets the serum on herself and turns into a menacing werewolf. Now Shelby must try and figure out how to get her best friend back before the she-wolf destroys their high school\u2019s Halloween carnival. <\/em><\/p>\n
“Bunk’d” will air its Halloween episode on October 7. The broadcast will lead into the premiere of “The Swap,” which stars “Bunk’d” lead Peyton List. A Halloween edition of “Bizaardvark” will follow “The Swap.”<\/p>\n
BUNK\u2019D “Camp Kiki-Slasher” \n(7:30 \u2013 8:00 P.M. EDT) \nThings get scary at Camp Kikiwaka when the campers start disappearing one by one. When they finally uncover the culprit with the axe to grind, he takes them on a thrill ride the campers will never forget! <\/em><\/p>\n
The Swap \n(8:00 \u2013 9:40 P.M. EDT) \nEllie O\u2019Brien is trying to juggle rhythmic gymnastics and troubles with her best friend. Meanwhile, classmate Jack Malloy is struggling to live up to his brothers\u2019 hockey-star legacies and his dad\u2019s high expectations and tough-love approach. When a text argument about whose life is easier gets out of hand, Ellie and Jack trigger an unexplainable real-life swap. EDT) \nThe v-loggers have to make a scary Halloween video for Vuuugle\u2019s homepage, but they can\u2019t decide whose video is the scariest \u2013 Frankie and Paige\u2019s tale of the ghost of Hollander Prep, Dirk\u2019s haunting world without dares, or Amelia\u2019s zombie apocalypse. <\/em><\/p>\n
October 14, the following Friday, will play host to the Halloween-oriented broadcasts of “Liv And Maddie: Cali Style” and “Girl Meets World.”<\/p>\n
Liv and Maddie: Cali Style “Scare-A-Rooney” \n(8:00 \u2013 8:30 P.M. EDT) \nLiv takes Ruby to a spooky dinner and runs into an old acquaintance and Maddie comes face-to-face with the real-life spider-sprayer. Meanwhile, Parker and Joey must convince their classmates to celebrate Halloween. <\/p>\n
Girl Meets World “Girl Meets World of Terror 3” \n(8:30 \u2013 9:00 P.M. EDT) \nAuggie narrates a scary Halloween story about what the world would be like if Maya and Riley had never met. \n<\/em><\/p>\n
The “Liv And Maddie” Halloween episode will not be the only “Monstober” programming featuring Dove Cameron. An encore broadcast of “Descendants” will air on Friday, October 21, leading into the season premiere of animated companion series “Descendants: Wicked World.”<\/p>\n
The 2015 movie “R.L. Stine’s Monsterville: Cabinet Of Souls,” which stars Cameron, will air on Saturday, October 29.<\/p>\n
