Projected to sell 90-95,000 pure US copies this week, Red Hot Chili Peppers’ “The Getaway”<\/a> will easily be the week’s best-selling newcomer (and best-selling album, period).<\/p>\n

It is not, however, the only<\/i> notable new release. New LPs from YG and Jon Pardi and a new EP from Mumford & Sons also entered the market this week.<\/p>\n

Based on opening day sales data, Hits Daily Double expects YG’s “Still Brazy” to sell 27-30,000 pure US copies thsi week. The inclusion of TEA (track sales\/10) and SEA (track streams\/1500) should result in a consumption total of 37-42,000.<\/p>\n
