The day of major television news continues with reports that NBC and ABC are keeping bubble series “Chuck” and “V,” respectively.<\/p>\n

The “Chuck” renewal had long been expected; despite the low ratings, it was the most reliable of the network’s Monday series and had a passionate fan following. NBC’s comedy-drama is expected to receive a thirteen episode order.<\/p>\n

Also reportedly receiving a thirteen episode order for next season is ABC’s “V.” Having been a ratings disappointment since its spring return, “V” was at times considered a long shot for renewal. But its ratings growth this week created some sense of stability, and ABC decided to keep the show around.<\/p>\n
