Update 2:<\/b> Early this morning, Adam Wakefield’s “Lonesome Broken and Blue” became the tenth season’s first “The Voice” song to reach #1 on the all-genre US iTunes single sales chart.<\/p>\n
When the 12PM ET voting deadline arrived, it was still #1 on the chart.<\/p>\n
It was one of seven “The Voice” songs (and one of four originals) positioned inside the Top 10 at the close of voting. All seven songs will receive multiplier bonuses; their iTunes sales\/vote counts will be multiplied by ten when NBC’s show runs the final vote tabulation.<\/p>\n
