Shortly before it did, one of the night&#8217;s highest profile performers walked the red carpet.<\/p>\n<p>Britney Spears, who will also be receiving the Millennium Award, is that high-profile performer.<\/p>\n<p>Other recent arrivals include JoJo Fletcher, Keke Palmer, Shawn Mendes, Idina Menzel, Meghan Trainor, Serayah, The Go-Gos, Russell Wilson and co-hosts Ciara and Ludacris.<\/p>\n<p>The program started at 8PM and will run through around 11PM ET.
