Beyonce’s “Lemonade” is predictably proving very resonant with music buyers.<\/p>\n
Citing a source from Sony Music, Hits Daily Double says the album should hit 200K by the end of Monday, which marked its first day of availability for digital purchase.<\/p>\n
Insiders are, moreover, eyeing an opening tracking week US sales total (through 4\/28) of at least 500-600,000.<\/p>\n
The album’s first-week consumption total will also benefit greatly from TEA (track sales\/10); the twelve “Lemonade” songs are selling briskly on iTunes. TIDAL streams will contribute SEA points (track streams\/1500).<\/p>\n

Going into the week, insiders were not “Lemonade” to start nearly as well. Some were forecasting 400-500K while also assuming the album was to be made available for purchase starting Saturday.<\/p>\n
Despite launching two days later than expected, it is already set to top that initial forecast and thus already greatly overperforming.
