Indeed, the Grammy Awards ceremony represented a big night for the artist, and his music received a corresponding sales boost.<\/p>\n

According to Nielsen Music, his critically acclaimed album “To Pimp A Butterfly” sold 24,450 US copies during the February 12-18 tracking week. The tally bests the previous week’s mark by 317%.<\/p>\n

The album was also up markedly in individual track sales (28,159, +350%) and track streams (9,007,716, +66%).<\/p>\n

One of the specific tracks that benefited was “Alright,” which won for Best Rap Song and Performance and was nominated for Song Of The Year.
