For the second time in her career, Rihanna scores the top spot on a US album sales chart.<\/p>\n
This victory comes courtesy new album “ANTI,” which claims #1 on Top Album Sales thanks to the 123,815 US copies it shifted during the January 29-February 4 tracking week.<\/p>\n
With Track Equivalent Albums (330,307 track sales\/10) and Streaming Equivalent Albums (14,215,661 track streams\/1500) added to the pure sales total, “ANTI” generated 166,322 in weekly consumption. That sends the album up twenty six places to #1 on the Billboard 200.<\/p>\n
Due primarily to sales and streams of single “Work (featuring Drake),” “ANTI” debuted at #27 on last week’s Billboard 200.<\/p>\n
Rihanna previously topped the Billboard 200 (which was then a pure album sales-only chart) with “Unapologetic.”<\/p>\n
