Per fast national data, Sunday’s three-hour broadcast averaged a 4.3 adults 18-49 rating and 12.182 million total viewers. While not quite as big as NBC’s 2013 “The Sound Of Music Live! (4.6, 18.62 million) it outperformed that network’s “Peter Pan Live!” (2.4, 9.21m) and “The Wiz Live!” (3.4, 11.50m).<\/p>\n
Strong from the get-go, “Grease Live!” added viewers as it progressed. It posted a 3.9 adults 18-49 rating and 11.163 million total viewers in the 7PM hour, a 4.5 with 12.671 million at 8PM, and a 4.5 with 12.713 million at 9PM.<\/p>\n
