January 26, 2016 brought new RIAA certifications for Ariana Grande.<\/p>\n

“Love Me Harder,” a radio single from Grande’s “My Everything,” attained 3x platinum status. Under the terms of the RIAA’s digital singles program, the certification confirms a US unit total of at least 3 million.<\/p>\n

One unit is equal to one paid download or 100 streams.<\/p>\n

As “Love Me Harder” had only been certified platinum prior to January 26, it also received a retroactive 2x platinum honor.<\/p>\n

“Love Me Harder” features vocals from The Weeknd, but he is not listed in the RIAA entry.<\/p>\n

“Focus,” Grande’s most recent single, was also awarded this past Tuesday. The tune attained platinum status, signifying a US unit total of at least 1 million.<\/p>\n

It also received a retroactive gold certification.<\/p>\n
