Platten’s album, which features breakthrough smash “Fight Song” and Top 10 Hot AC radio hit “Stand By You,” is currently #3 on the listing.<\/p>\n
Only Adele’s “25” (#1) and Justin Bieber’s “Purpose” (#2) hold higher positions on the listing.<\/p>\n
In sitting at #3, “Wildfire” notably leads a handful of discounted high-profile albums. Coldplay’s “A Head Full Of Dreams” (#4, $6.99), twenty one pilots’ “Blurryface” (#5, $7.99), Meghan Trainor’s “Title” (#8, $6.99), One Direction’s “Made In The AM” (#9, $6.99), Bryson Tiller’s “T R A P S O U L” (#10, $7.99), and a handful of other albums in the Top 20 are all priced below the typical $9.99 (or more) price point.<\/p>\n
Granted, it is unclear whether “Wildfire” will retain its advantage for the duration of the week. It is also unclear how well “Wildfire” is faring at other retailers.
