While it has no chance of outperforming “25” in terms of overall weekly sales, Chris Brown’s new “Royalty” presently leads Adele’s juggernaut on the US iTunes album sales chart.<\/p>\n
“Royalty” was made available late Thursday night, and it quickly ascended to the digital retailer’s #1 position. Adele’s “25,” which had previously led, is currently #2 on the chart.<\/p>\n
“Royalty” is one of four December 18-dated releases presently in the Top 5. John Williams’ “Star Wars: The Force Awakens (Original Motion Picture Soundtrack)” is up to #3 on iTunes, while Pusha T’s new “King Push – Darkest Before Dawn: The Prelude” and Cage The Elephant’s new “Tell Me I’m Pretty” are #4 and #5, respectively.<\/p>\n
