Cain Velasquez is not one of those individuals.<\/p>\n<p>Despite having recently dominated Cheick Kongo and Ben Rothwell, two very high-level fighters, Velasquez had still not earned a title shot.  Standing in his way was a UFC 110 matchup with the legendary Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira.<\/p>\n<p>Nogueira was overwhelmed in defeat against Frank Mir, but his dominant victory over Randy Couture assured everyone that there was still gas in the tank.  Would it be enough to derail Velasquez?<\/p>\n<p>Also on the UFC 110 card: Michael Bisping vs. Wanderlei Silva and George Sotiropoulos vs. Joe Stevenson.  Results follow:<\/p>\n<p>James TeHuna b.
