Per fast national data, Tuesday’s “Scream Queens” drew a 0.8 adults 18-49 rating and 1.997 million total viewers in the 9PM hour.<\/p>\n
Lows for the freshman show, the numbers trail the 0.9 and 2.370 million marks posted by last week’s episode.<\/p>\n
FOX filled the 8PM hour with “Grandfathered” (0.9, 2.781 million this week vs. 1.0, 2.978 million last week) and “The Grinder” (0.7, 2.316 million this week vs. 0.9, 2.370 million last week). Those shows, too, had their weakest outings yet.<\/p>\n
In addition to the impact of Thanksgiving week, the shows also faced stronger than usual competition from ABC. The Charlie Brown special markedly outdrew the network’s usual “The Muppets”-“Fresh Off The Boat” tandem in the 8PM hour, while the “Dancing With The Stars” finale was stronger than “Agents of SHIELD” at 9PM. The factors may have contributed to this week’s decline.<\/p>\n
