NBC announced that its breakout drama, which had already been picked up for an extended 23-episode first season, will be back for a second season in 2016-2017.<\/p>\n

On a live+same-day basis, “Blindspot” has routinely ranked as its timeslot’s top broadcast network program in adults 18-49 (often by meeting or exceeding the combined total for the ABC and CBS competition).
