That percentage &#8211; unsurprisingly, given that NY is the country&#8217;s most populous city &#8211; represents the greatest sales contribution by a US market.<\/p>\n<p>Los Angeles and Chicago, naturally, were responsible for the next-greatest percentages of purchases.
