According to Republic Records, “Cool” drove an additional 57,018 paid US downloads during the August 7-13 tracking week. That brought the song’s cumulative sales total to 388,563**.<\/p>\n
As it works toward the 400,000 — and then 500,000 mark — “Cool” is also enjoying gains at radio. It rises to #8 on this week’s Mediabase pop airplay chart, #12 on the Mediabase Hot AC chart, #27 on the Mediabase AC chart and #29 on the Mediabase rhythmic chart.<\/p>\n
“Cool for the Summer” is the lead single from Lovato’s forthcoming studio album.<\/p>\n
**Note: Based on previously reported weekly sales data, “Cool” should only boast a cumulative sales total of 378,000.
