By Thursday at 9AM ET, it was knocking on the door of the Top 50.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Here&#8221; is currently #52 on the all-genre single sales chart.<\/p>\n<p>While the jump is not a record-setting one, it exceeds what is guaranteed for a &#8220;Tonight Show&#8221; performer.  It is particularly impressive in this context; Cara had little mainstream familiarity upon taking the &#8220;Tonight Show&#8221; stage, and her song is only just beginning to gain a presence at radio.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Here&#8221;
