According to Nielsen Music, “Cool for the Summer” drove 54,254 downloads during the July 17-23 tracking week. The tally, which brings the song’s cumulative US sales total to 206,994, bests the previous week’s mark by 21%.<\/p>\n

As noted, “CFTS” rises seven places to a new peak of #24 on the all-encompassing Hot 100. In conjunction with that new peak, it rises to #18 on the Digital Songs subchart, #22 on the Radio Songs subchart and #31 on the Streaming Songs chart.<\/p>\n
The song’s weekly streaming activity included one day’s worth of music video views.
