Sheen was brought in on charges of second-degree assault, menacing and criminal mischief.<\/p>\n<p>The alleged victim and accuser, who was unidentified by police but speculated by virtually all media to be Sheen&#8217;s wife Brooke Mueller, was not hospitalized.  Sheen&#8217;s representative Stan Rosenfield would not confirm the speculation but did admit that the couple was spending the Christmas weekend together in Aspen.<\/p>\n<p>He added, &#8220;Don&#8217;t be misled by appearances. Appearances and reality can be as different as night and day. It would benefit everyone not to jump to any conclusion.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>TMZ, which has been more aggressive than most outlets in covering the story, cites law enforcement officials in claiming the accuser (who TMZ unequivocally identifies as Mueller) was legally drunk with a .13 blood alcohol content at the time of the emergency call.
