FOX’s 2015-16 scheduling announcement confirms that Ryan Murphy’s new horror-comedy anthology “Scream Queens” will air in a slot once occupied by his former series “Glee.”<\/p>\n

According to FOX, the eagerly anticipated “Scream Queens” will air in the 9-10PM slot on Tuesdays. After establishing itself on Wednesday nights, “Glee” famously moved there midway through season one to capitalize on the then-juggernaut “American Idol” lead-in.<\/p>\n

“Scream Queens” is one of five new series slated for FOX’s fall lineup. Also confirmed are “Minority Report” (airing at 9PM on Mondays, out of “Gotham”), “Grandfathered” and “The Grinder” (airing at 8\/8:30PM on Mondays, into “Scream Queens”) and “Rosewood” (airing at 8PM on Wednesdays, into “Empire”).<\/p>\n

Midseason launches include “Lucifer,” “The Frankenstein Code,” “The Guide to Surviving Life” and “Bordertown.” The limited “X-Files” event will start in January. Returning series like “Sleepy Hollow” and “New Girl” will also launch at midseason.<\/p>\n
