With airplay exploding and sales and streaming still strong, Wiz Khalifa’s “See You Again (featuring Charlie Puth)” earns a fourth straight week atop the Billboard Hot 100.<\/p>\n
And insofar as the song responsible for ending the reign of “Uptown Funk” remains a dominant music industry force, this will doubtfully be its last hurrah on the chart. “See You Again” will thus spend more weeks atop the Billboard Hot 100 than “Furious 7” did atop the weekend box office.<\/p>\n
What does that dominance entail? A #1 position on the Digital Songs subchart (285,000 weekly sales), a #1 position on Streaming Songs (24 million US streams) and a #7 position on Radio Songs (108 million US impressions).<\/p>\n
While the crown remains in the same hands, a change occurs in the runner-up position. Fetty Wap’s “Trap Queen” jumps to #2 this week, which sends Mark Ronson’s long-dominant “Uptown Funk (featuring Bruno Mars)” down to #3.<\/p>\n
The Weeknd’s “Earned It” (#4) and Walk the Moon’s “Shut Up and Dance” (#5) close out the week’s top 5. The latter, which was #7 last week, enjoys its first visit to that portion of the chart.<\/p>\n
Maroon 5’s “Sugar” (#6), Ellie Goulding’s “Love Me Like You Do” (#7), Jason Derulo’s “Want to Want Me” (#8), T-Wayne’s “Nasty Freestyle” (#9) and Ed Sheeran’s “Thinking Out Loud” (#10) close out the top ten.<\/p>\n
