FOX made two scheduling decisions this week, and only one was positive.<\/p>\n
The good news was delivered to “Family Guy” spin-off “The Cleveland Show,” which earned a full second season order from the network. Having already been confirmed for an entire first season and thirteen second season episodes, the animated series pulled a back nine pickup for next year.<\/p>\n
A dominant performer among new series in the adults 18-49 demographic, the series has nonetheless lost some viewership since its premiere three weeks ago.<\/p>\n
Meanwhile, midseason drama series “Past Life” saw its order reduced to seven episodes. While the pilot, which centers on an investigation team that uses past life regressions to solve crimes, did not fare terribly in initial screening, there was also minimal confidence among critics that it would breakout as a major player for FOX.
