Of undeniable appeal to alternative radio programmers, both songs are faring well on the format’s airplay chart. Per Tuesday’s edition of the rolling Mediabase alternative airplay chart, Death Cab’s “Black Sun” was the format’s #16 song. AWOLNATION’s “Hollow Moon” was #17.<\/p>\n
No other alternative song received anywhere near the same caliber of support this week, but several did receive a healthy dose of adds. The Offspring’s new “Coming for You” registers as third-most-added on the strength of its 12 pickups.
