Taylor Swift’s “Blank Space,” which previously held the leadership position, slips to #2 this week. It commanded 15,986 weekly spins.<\/em><\/p>\n

Two weeks ago, Mark Ronson’s “Uptown Funk (featuring Bruno Mars)” seized the Hot 100 throne from Taylor Swift’s “Blank Space.”<\/p>\n

Sunday evening, Nick Jonas’ “Jealous” will officially do the same on Mediabase’s pop radio airplay chart.<\/p>\n

Originally boosted by the iHeartRadio “On the Verge” program, Jonas’ “Jealous” has demonstrated staying power, and it now ranks as the format’s most-played song.<\/p>\n

“Jealous” commanded approximately 16,112 spins during the January 11-17 tracking period. Swift’s “Blank Space,” which officially became the format’s #1 song on December 14, 2014, claims #2 courtesy its approximate tracking week spin count of 15,975.<\/p>\n

Set to be released Sunday evening, the final version of Mediabase’s weekly airplay chart will likely feature slightly different spin counts for the two songs. It will not, however, feature a different order at the top — Nick Jonas’ “Jealous” is the number one song on pop radio.<\/p>\n
