Update:<\/b> Picked up by 79 monitored Mediabase stations this week, Mickey Guyton’s “Better Than You Left Me” registers as the country radio format’s most-added song.<\/em><\/p>\n

Label Capitol Nashville boasts that the buzzworthy track scored the\u00a0“highest one-week add total on a debut act’s first single in Country Aircheck [which launched in 2006 and draws from Mediabase data] history.”<\/em><\/p>\n

Miranda Lambert’s “Little Red Wagon” ranks as second-most-added. It won support from 65 monitored stations in conjunction with this week’s official impact.<\/em><\/p>\n

A Thousand Horses’ “Smoke,” which was named iHeartRadio’s new “On the Verge” song, follows with 49 weekly adds, while Frankie Ballard’s new “Young and Crazy” lands at 48 monitored stations this week.<\/em><\/p>\n

Zac Brown Band’s new “Homegrown,” which does not officially impact until next week, grabs fifth place on the weekly add board. It picked up 37 weekly adds.<\/em><\/p>\n

Reba’s “Going Out Like That,” which impacted alongside the Guyton, Lambert and Ballard tracks this week, settles for sixth-most-added. \u00a0It received 22 monitored adds.<\/em><\/p>\n

A heavily hyped track from one of the most buzzworthy female country newcomers in years, “Better Than You Left Me” was certain to command some interest from radio programmers this week.<\/p>\n

It elicited a bit more than some<\/i> interest.<\/p>\n

According to Mediabase, Guyton’s single bested new releases from proven hitmakers like Miranda Lambert, Reba McEntire and Frankie Ballard to register as the week’s most-added song.<\/p>\n

“Better Than You Left Me” received monitored 79 Mediabase adds this week.<\/p>\n

A full adds report will be issued Monday evening. It is due to confirm Lambert’s new “Little Red Wagon” as the week’s second-most-added track. That song, which has already gained traction on the airplay chart, picked up at least 60 adds this week.<\/p>\n
