A half-hour comedy set in a Walt Disney World-like amusement park, “Happyland” aired in an unusual 11PM ET timeslot. That slot assured “Happyland” would never become a major hit, but insofar as it received theoretically compatible lead-in support from comedy “Faking It” (which follows “Awkward”), the expectation was that it would have pulled better than it did.<\/p>\n
