Give her the added incentive of promoting a new album, and you have yourself a shortcut to an entertaining television program.<\/p>\n<p>The Tuesday edition of NBC&#8217;s &#8220;The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon&#8221; seizes that opportunity.  Minaj visits the iconic late night show to discuss her new album &#8220;The Pinkprint.&#8221;  She also performs a musical number in support of the release, <a href=\"http:\/\/headlineplanet.com\/home\/2014\/12\/15\/nicki-minaj-leads-album-sales-chart-5sos-dangelo-charli-xcx-follow\/\">which is tracking to rank as the week&#8217;s best-selling newcomer (albeit with an underwhelming total)<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Tonight&#8221; is one of several NBC Universal platforms to provide promotional support for Minaj&#8217;s new LP.  The pop\/hip-hop superstar previously appeared on NBC&#8217;s &#8220;Saturday Night Live&#8221; and &#8220;TODAY&#8221; and will topline the Wednesday edition of Bravo&#8217;s &#8220;Watch What Happens Live.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Taped Tuesday afternoon, the latest &#8220;Tonight Show&#8221; also features Christoph Waltz.
