Frank Trigg’s future in the UFC is not looking positive following his rapid TKO loss to Josh Koscheck.<\/p>\n

“I think Trigg is one of those guys [like Cro Cop],” UFC President Dana White told MMAJunkie. “These [other] guys are young and explosive. There’s just a whole other level of talent out there, man, and that’s the way it works. That’s the way this business is.”<\/p>\n

White added that he “doubt(s)” UFC will give the veteran Trigg another opportunity in the Octagon. “He got smoked tonight,” said White following the conclusion of the bout.<\/p>\n

Aware of the talk that his UFC days are numbered, Trigg contemplated retirement in an interview.<\/p>\n

“If they say I’m done, I’m done,” he said. “If the UFC cuts me, I’m done fighting. I don’t have the strength or determination to go fight in the minor leagues anymore. I’ve done it before.”<\/p>\n
