Taylor Swift’s “Blank Space” once again rules the Billboard Digital Songs chart. According to the publication, the follow-up to “Shake it Off” and current Hot 100 chart-topper garnered an additional 342,000 paid downloads last week to convincingly rank as the best-selling single.<\/p>\n
Not simply a hot seller, “Blank Space” is also enjoying explosive airplay gains at mainstream radio. Per the 12\/3 rolling (unofficial) edition of Mediabase’s pop airplay chart, Swift’s single was the third-most-played song (behind only Maroon 5’s “Animals” and Ed Sheeran’s “Don’t”) during the seven days between November 26 and December 2.<\/p>\n
It is meanwhile #7 at hot adult contemporary, #32 at rhythmic and #34 at adult contemporary.<\/p>\n
Swift, whose “1989” album returns to #1 on this week’s Billboard 200, also has another track in the top ten of Billboard’s Digital Songs chart.
