Update 2:<\/strong> The first round of sales estimates is now available, and it reveals a tight race between Lecrae’s “Anomaly” and Jhene Aiko’s “Souled Out” for the number one position.<\/p>\n

At press time, “Anomaly” was tracking to sell 75-80,000 copies in its first week. “Souled Out” was on pace for 70-75,000<\/a>. Since they are coming so early in the tracking week, the numbers emerge with a margin of error.

Update:<\/strong> It has been twenty four hours since the week’s new music debuted on iTunes, and One Direction’s deluxe “FOUR” pre-order still leads the album sales chart.<\/p>\n

Lecrae’s “Anomaly” and Jhene Aiko’s “Souled Out,” the week’s biggest two actual releases, remain in the #2 and #3 slots, respectively.<\/p>\n

Ryan Adams’ self-titled release has moved up to #4, while Dustin Lynch’s “Where it’s At” now claims #5.<\/p>\n

BANKS’ “Goddess” (#6), Lee Brice’s “I Don’t Dance” (#7), Vance Joy’s “Dream Your Life Away” (#8), Maroon 5’s “V” (#9) and Interpol’s “El Pintor” (#10) round out the top ten.<\/em>

As of press time, the best-selling album on iTunes is one not even available for download.<\/p>\n

Playing the foil to a laundry list of new releases, the deluxe version of One Direction’s new album “FOUR,” which is currently only eligible for pre-order, claims the #1 spot on iTunes’ album sales chart. The standard issue of the album, which releases alongside the deluxe version in November, is positioned impressively at #13.<\/p>\n

Lecrease’s “Anomaly,” the runner-up to the 1D pre-release, is the top seller among actually available albums. The new release is currently outselling Jhene Aiko’s new “Souled Out” (#3), BANKS’ new “Goddess” (#4) and Vance Joy’s new “Dream Your Life Away” (#5).<\/p>\n

Ryan Adams’ “Ryan Adams,” Lee Brice’s “I Don’t Dance,” Dustin Lynch’s “Where it’s At” and Interpol’s “El Pintor,” all new releases, claim the next four respective positions on the chart. Maroon 5’s “V,” which debuted last week, holds the #10 position on iTunes.<\/p>\n
