Those 3,607 spins garnered the song 18.42 million audience impressions, which represents pop’s 20th-largest audience.<\/p>\n
With so many songs enjoying a rapid rise, “Cool Kids” will likely face immense difficulty in retaining its #20 position through Sunday, which is when Mediabase releases its “official” pop airplay chart.<\/p>\n
But no matter the actual ranking, the strong exposure is proving very fruitful for the song. “Cool Kids” is within the top 20 on iTunes’ overall single sales chart.<\/p>\n
