The uppermost portion is home to a continued ascent from MAGIC!’s breakthrough single “Rude,” which Monday advanced to #4 on the retailer’s overall single sales chart.<\/p>\n
It joins Ariana Grande’s “Problem (featuring Iggy Azalea)” (#1), Iggy Azalea’s “Fancy (featuring Charli XCX)” (#2), Nico and Vinz’ “Am I Wrong” (#3) and Pharrell’s “Happy” (#5) in the top five.<\/p>\n
The song, which reached a new peak of #28 on last week’s Billboard Hot 100, is also enjoying a healthy run at radio. According to Mediabase, “Rude” was pop radio’s 21st-most-played song for the seven days ending May 25.<\/p>\n
While “Rude” works its way to the top of the iTunes Top 100, another song recently worked its way into the chart. AJR’s “I’m Ready,” which recently reached a new peak of #31 on the aforementioned airplay chart, finally vaulted into the Top 100 on iTunes.
