The executive producer&#8217;s veteran &#8220;Grey&#8217;s Anatomy&#8221; moves up to the 8PM hour, while her new &#8220;How to Get Away with Murder&#8221; enters the fray at 10PM.<\/p>\n<p>While the move will put &#8220;Scandal&#8221; against NBC&#8217;s similarly targeted &#8220;The Blacklist&#8221; this spring, it will also help ABC provide a full night of counterprogramming for CBS&#8217; fall Thursday Night Football broadcasts.<\/p>\n<p>Other scheduling moves include shifting &#8220;Agents of SHIELD&#8221; back to the 9PM hour and sending &#8220;The Goldbergs&#8221; to the Wednesday at 8:30PM slot.
