Aware that hit sitcoms are no longer growing on trees, CBS announced Wednesday that it has picked up juggernaut “The Big Bang Theory” for three additional season.<\/p>\n
The renewal keeps television’s top-rated comedy and network television’s top-rated scripted series on the air through the 2016-17 season.<\/p>\n
In announcing “Big Bang” will air for at least ten seasons, CBS did not rule out the possibility of an additional renewal once 2017 arrives.<\/p>\n
