After a few weeks of stability, ABC’s low-rated new drama “Betrayal” finally lost its comfortable footing. Sunday’s episode slipped by 20% to a 0.8 adults 18-49 rating. Approximately 3.25 million viewers tuned into the episode.<\/p>\n
Despite delivering tepid ratings out of the gate, “Betrayal” managed to avoid a rapid cancellation. With this latest drop, however, it becomes difficult to rationalize how the serialized drama will earn any sort of long-term future from the network.<\/p>\n
The weakest part of its Sunday lineup, “Betrayal” is not the only cause for disappointment.<\/p>\n
