And effective this week, another Zedd collboration is making its way up the charts. “Stay the Night,” which features Paramore’s Hayley Williams, surged into the iTunes Top 10 within twenty four hours of its release Tuesday.<\/p>\n
As of press time, the song was the eighth most popular single on iTunes.<\/p>\n
Williams, who has spent the past several weeks in the top twenty five courtesy Paramore’s single “Still Into You,” is no stranger to successful collaborations. In 2010, she joined rapper BoB for “Airplanes,” which sold four million copies and reached number two on the Billboard Hot 100.<\/p>\n
Because Zedd and Williams have passionate fanbases, the initial wave of interest was inevitable. The next challenge for the song is to demonstrate the longevity on the charts.<\/p>\n
