“@sonnench let’s fight,” wrote Vitor Belfort. “Why u are asking for wand, u have to fight me.”<\/p>\n
Though neither Belfort nor Sonnen has an official opponent for his next scrap, UFC President Dana White seemed exasperated by Belfort’s challenge.<\/p>\n
“Oh my god,” cracked White. “It’s like everytime there’s a fight, Vitor wants to fight that guy. I don’t know what to say to that.”<\/p>\n
Ranked third in the UFC Middleweight Division behind champion Chris Weidman and number one contender Anderson Silva, the veteran Belfort is irrefutably close to another crack at the title.
