Fueled by a legitimate mainstream hit single in “Get Lucky,” Daft Punk’s “Random Access Memories” is pacing for a dominant opening sales week.<\/p>\n

Based on the opening day reaction, Billboard forecasts a whopping 300,000 debut week for the album. If that figure holds, the act will not only score a number one on the Billboard 200 but double the inaugural performance for 2005’s “Human After All.” That album moved 125,000 in its first frame.<\/p>\n

The week’s three other major releases will follow distantly behind, with albums from The National, 30 Seconds to Mars and Darius Rucker all pacing to open in the 60-70,000 range.
