Swift received the inaugural Artist Director honor at the MTV Video Music Awards, signifying her success in realizing her artistic vision as both a music video performer and director.<\/p>\n

After presenting Taylor with the award, they introduced the music video for Swift’s new single “Patient Zero.” Johnson stars alongside Colin Farrell.<\/p>\n
