The story continues to improve for Justin Timberlake’s “The 20\/20 Experience,” which is now set to flirt with 900,000 opening week sales.<\/p>\n
According to Billboard, the album is on pace for a weekly sales total of at least 800,000 and could reach 900,000–or even slightly higher–if its stronger-than-expected momentum carries through the weekend.<\/p>\n
Estimates following the first day of sales suggested the album would finish the week in the 750-800,000 range, but the album’s refusal to relent has put the 900,000 mark in reach.<\/p>\n
Prior to the release, industry sources were reportedly only forecasting 500,000 for the opening frame.<\/p>\n
As a result of the monstrous sales total, “20\/20” will easily top next week’s Billboard 200.
