WWE brass-including Triple H–have often been criticized for failing to help elevate younger talent. In an interview with St. Louis Today, however, HHH notes that many aspiring WWE wrestlers lack an intrinsic quality necessary for achieving superstardom.<\/p>\n
“We’re trying to teach them to be the Stone Colds and the Undertakers of tomorrow, but the one thing we can\u2019t teach is charisma,” explains HHH. “You can teach people to do moves and create story lines and the psychology of what we do, but you can\u2019t teach someone to be the Rock. It’s an innate ability to walk into a room and have everyone pay attention.”<\/p>\n
HHH explains that the business is ultimately about connecting with fans emotionally and no amount of technical training can help wrestlers achieve that pivotal objective.<\/p>\n
