Make no mistake–the Charlie Sheen-less “Two and a Half Men” ratings have long fallen past the point of being anything to celebrate. The show remains a big draw, but it is nowhere near as popular as it was either during the curiosity period this fall or in the many prior years with Sheen as the headliner.<\/p>\n
But good news can still be had from time to time, and CBS’ “Men” received such this week.<\/p>\n
While the playing field could change upon the receipt of final adjustments, fast national data confirms that “Two and a Half Men” reclaimed its ratings crown on Monday.<\/p>\n
The show delivered a 3.7 adults 18-49 rating with 11.0 million viewers. NBC’s “The Voice,” its main competition and recent Monday champion, delivered only a 3.6 with 9.9 million viewers for its two-hour telecast.<\/p>\n
NBC’s show did technically perform better in the 9PM hour, but as long as these fast nationals hold up, CBS can at least claim it again has the top-rated show on Mondays.<\/p>\n
The news was less rosy for CBS’ other comedies, which all fell to season lows. “How I Met Your Mother” dipped notably to a 3.0 and 7.3 million, while “2 Broke Girls” mustered a 3.3 and 8.4 million.
