The UK reality series “Flirty Dancing” hinges on the notion that chemistry on the dance floor may lead to a romantic connection.<\/p>\n

This winter, FOX will bring the concept to America — with a twist.<\/p>\n

Like the UK series, the US version of “Flirty Dancing” will involve complete strangers preparing for a blind date by learning half a dance routine. On the date, they will perform the routine with the potential love interest — without saying a word.<\/p>\n

“In a twist to the original format, the U.S. adaptation will feature singles who will perform a different choreographed dance with each of two potential love interests, before choosing the one with whom he\/she has the strongest connection,” notes FOX.<\/p>\n
